Xcredit – Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Xcredit. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our mobile application (“App”), services, and products provided by Xcredit (“we,” “our,” “us”).
Please read these Terms carefully before using the App. By downloading, accessing, or using Xcredit, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
l Be at least 18 years old (or legal age in your jurisdiction).
l Be a legal resident of the country where Xcredit operates.
l Have a valid ID, active phone number, and bank account or mobile wallet.
To use our services, you must:
l Provide accurate personal and financial information.
l Allow Xcredit to verify your identity and creditworthiness.
l Authorize us to collect, store, and use your data for credit assessment and risk management.
l Loan approvals are subject to our credit evaluation process.
l Xcredit reserves the right to approve or deny loan applications without prior notice or explanation.
l Disbursed loans will be transferred to your nominated account or wallet.
l You agree to repay the loan amount plus any applicable interest, service fees, and penalties as per the repayment schedule provided.
l Early repayment is allowed, and in some cases may reduce your interest obligation.
l Late repayments may attract additional fees or penalties and affect your credit history with Xcredit.
l Interest rates and fees vary based on your credit profile and loan terms.
l All charges will be transparently disclosed before you confirm your loan.
l You agree to the full repayment amount before disbursing the loan.
In the event of default, Xcredit may take appropriate steps including:
l Sending reminders or contacting you directly.
l Using third-party collection agencies.
l Reporting to credit bureaus and regulatory bodies.
l Taking legal action under applicable law.
You must not use the App for illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
Any misuse of the App or provision of false information may lead to account termination or legal consequences.
Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By using Xcredit, you consent to our data collection, use, and sharing practices.
All content, design, logos, and technology in the App are the property of Xcredit or its licensors. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
The App is provided “as is” without any warranties of any kind.
Xcredit is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted in the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Senegal. Any disputes arising will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
